I ordered my blinds 3 weeks ago couldn t wait to receive them. I wanted to test the quality of the blinds for such a reasonable price i am glad to. I have ordered curtains from blinds direct three weeks ago which i still haven t received. I have found the service provided by blinds direct exemplary.

Easy to put up once you understand the instructions which have slightly confusing drawings if you are installing the blind outside the window space. Guidance was given regarding the buttons and we could resolve it ourselves. Bought 3 blinds one of them been not made properly phone the company about 5 times asking for picture send picture even the picture look different they still say nothing wrong with the product not even a sorry. Amazing service and amazing blinds.

Informed blinds direct about this immediately. Received both but one got a bit damaged during transit and the bottom buttons were not properly pushed in.

I had taken out the 10 safeguard just in case and there was no problem getting another blind ordered to the correct size which has already been despatched after waiting for. Best in blinds shop.
