Breville Toaster Oven Convection Fan Not Working

I contacted breville and for about 160 i can return the oven and they will fix it.

However i was not able to locate any parts other than the crumb tray. The longer the fan runs the quieter it gets but it is obnoxious. This fix is easy and straight forward. I nearly succeeded but screwed something up.
